NOTICE IS GIVEN that the following are the meeting dates for the Regular School Board Meetings of the Board of Education Gadsden Independent School District. These meetings will be held at Gadsden Administration Offices located on 100 Laura Ct. in Sunland Park, NM. Unless otherwise posted, the open session will start at 5:00p.m. A closed session will be held at the end of the open meeting.

All meetings are open to the public except such as are adjudicatory in nature or pertain to personnel matters in compliance with the current "Open Meetings Act Compliance Guide" as issued by the office of the Attorney General of the State of New Mexico. An agenda for each meeting may be obtained from the Superintendent's Office 24 Hours in advance of the meeting.

Any deviation from this schedule will be published in accordance with established procedures of the Board of Education pertinent to special and emergency meetings.
