 NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

 

            Notice is hereby given that the Gadsden Independent School District Board of Education will hold a SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time in the Board Room at the Gadsden Administrative Complex, located at 4950 McNutt, Sunland Park, New Mexico 88063.  The Board will convene in closed session for limited personnel matters; specifically, a termination hearing of a certified teacher.  The Board may reconvene in open session at the conclusion of the executive session for final action, if any, on the personnel hearing conducted in closed session.  The Agenda for the Special Board Meeting is as follows:

  3.  Approve Agenda
   
4.  CLOSED SESSION FOR LIMITED PERSONNEL MATTER, AS FOLLOWS:
  1. Termination hearing of a certified school employee, pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(2), NMSA 1978, as amended.
  2. Board deliberations following the termination hearing referenced above, pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(3), NMSA 1978, as amended.
  5.  RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION at the conclusion of the closed session for final action, if any,
     on the limited personnel matter conducted in closed session.
