            Notice is hereby given that the Gadsden Independent School District Board of Education will hold a SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time at the Gadsden Administrative Complex, located at 4950 McNutt, Sunland Park, NM 88063.     1.  Call to Order and Roll Call
  1. Closed Session: Attorney- Client Privilege pertaining to pending litigation in which the Board is a participant as permitted under Section 10-15-1(H)(7), specifically to discuss Global Americas, Inc. v Gadsden ISD.
   
  2.  Open Session:
  1. Report on Executive Session – “The matters discussed in the closed meeting were limited to those stated in the motion to close the meeting. This statement shall be recorded in the minutes of the meeting as required by Section 10-15-1 (J) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act”.
  2. Consider Taking Action Regarding Executive Session Topic: (a) Authorize legal counsel to take action discussed in Executive Session
  3.  Adjourn
